Short Biography of the most learned and noble scholar The Grand Shaykh of the Siddiqi Tariqa (off branch of the Shadili Tariqa), The Muhadith, Faqith, Hafidth, Mufti, Qadi As Shaykh Hafidth Hasan bin Siddiq al Ghumari Hafidullah Shaykh Hasan bin Siddiqi al Ghumari was born in the year 1345 ah in Tangiers, Morocco. He memorised the Quran by the age of 13 years old. He started his early Islamic education by studying with his older brother, As Shaykh Alama Zayni bin Siddiq al Ghumari (ra). He also studied with his older brother, one of the greatest Muhadith of this century, a Hafidth al Hadith (a scholar of Hadith that has memorised by heart over 100,000 Ahadith with the chain of narration), Shaykh Hafidth Ahmad bin Siddiq al Ghumari (ra). He studied Maliki fiqh with his brother, Shaykh Hafidh Muhammad Zamzamy bin Siddiq al Ghumari (ra). Shaykh Hasan also mastered all the other three Mathabs. He also studied at the famous Qarawain University in Fez, Morocco. The Shaykh is a master in all the Islamic disciplines, he is well known throughout the world for his knowledge of Fiqh and Hadith. Shaykh Hasan moved to Brussels in 1407 ah, since then he has served Imam of Markaz al Islamiayah. The Shaykh on a daily bases teacher for two to three hour the sciences of Islam at the Markaz. Shaykh Hasan is a Muhadith (scholar of Hadith), Alim, Faqih (jurist), Mufasir (explainer of the Quran), and a public speaker, currently the Shaykh is the Imam of Markaz Islamiyah, the grand Shaykh of the Siddiqi Tariqah a off branch of the Shadili Tariqa. The Shaykh is also a senior advisor to Abu Hanifah Institute. The Abu Hanifah Institute are the official producers of the Shaykh’s audio and written materials. The Shaykh is 78 years old.
	INTRODUCTIONS Some of the worlds greatest scholars in Hadith today were the students of one of the Ghumari brothers.

	Sayid Muhammad Alawi al Maki al Maliki Hafidullah Shaykh Alawa studied with As Shaykh Hafidth al Hadith Abdullah bin Siddiq al Ghumari (ra). Shaykh Alawi gained majority of his knowledge in Hadith from Shaykh Abdullah (ra).

	As Shaykh Muhadith Said al Mamdooh al Misri Hafidullah Shaykh Said Hafidullah studied with As Shaykh Hafidth al Hadith Abdullah bin Siddiq al ghumari (ra). Shaykh Said studied with Shaykh Abdullah (ra) while the shaykh was in Makkah, Shaykh Said is also a Mureed of Shaykh Abdullah (ra). (shaykh Said is in the photo on our left, he is the Shaykh in white clothes, wearing glasses and has a white turban, he is next to Shaykh Ibrahim Hafidullah.)
